1. Process R&D experience for 13 years with proven record of inventing and executing processes for pharmaceuticals marketed in global markets

2. Project leaders for therapeutics in anti-obesity, diabetic, HIV, HBV, and inflammatory diseases. Managing multiple development projects simultaneously to advance BMS development pipeline forward from supporting IND tox studies to Phase I –III clinical studies and to commercialization

3. Leader and supervise development teams, up to 10 senior scientists in a matrix system, to conceive, develop, transfer, and execute chemical processes
